S.L.A.E. is a young ladies organization at WCJH established in 2023 by the following advisory team: Ms. Briggs, Ms.Smith, and Ms. Uchendu. It stands for Superior Ladies Achieving Excellence.
Our Mission Statement—SLAE’s mission is to promote, develop, and grow an excellence mindset in young ladies in grades 6th through 8th that will support their improvement academically, socially, emotionally and career-wise.
Our Vision Statement—SLAE’s vision is for every female student in grades 6th through 8th to become knowledgeable through time spent with education professionals, volunteer motivational speakers, organized meetings centering on trending, relevant discussion topics and outings that encourage courteous conduct and excellence, to display respect for themselves and others in and out of the classroom and the community.
